planning credential awarded by Certified Financial
Planner Board of Standards Inc. (CFP Board) to individuals
who meet education, examination, experience and ethics
requirements.

eFAACT Advisors are experts who have been tested and
certified on eFAACT. Certified eFAACT Advisors help
businesses implement eFAACT to support their government
contracts, and help them get the most out of the software.
An eFAACT Advisor is also a great resource when reviewing
eFAACT results. There are only approximately 1 Dozen
Certified eFAACT Advisors in the U.S. |

Certified
QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions ProAdvisor:
|
| A
Certified Public Accountant who also offers financial
planning services. Personal Financial Specialists
must complete an exam, have at least three years of
financial planning experience, and submit recommendations
before certification. The PFS credential is a financial
planning designation awarded by the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Accounting
professionals who are already familiar with QuickBooks
financial software, and plan to provide on-site QuickBooks
Enterprise Solutions set-up or training services to
their clients. In order to become a Certified QuickBooks
Enterprise Solutions ProAdvisor, you must first become
a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

| The
Certified Specialist in Estate Planning® (CSEP)
program consists of a curriculum of core and elective
courses specifically designed to enhance and expand
the knowledge of estate planning.

QuickBooks ProAdvisors are typically CPAs, accountants,
small business advisors or consultants who have been
tested and certified on QuickBooks. ProAdvisors help
businesses customize QuickBooks for their unique needs
and help them get the most out of the software.

Public Accountant:

The
CPA designation is awarded by the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) to accountants
who pass the AICPA's Uniform CPA Examination and satisfy
the work experience and statutory and licensing requirements
of the state(s) in which they practice.
